This work exists for moments that are personal, private, and not meant to be shared publicly.

At Noccuris Obscura, photography is approached as a commission rather than a session. Each project is shaped through conversation, clarity, and mutual understanding before any images are made.

There is no predefined structure, aesthetic, or expectation placed on you. The work may be quiet or expressive, minimal or layered, but it is always client-led and agreed upon in advance.

What matters most is that the process feels grounded, respectful, and unrushed.

Your Experience

Every commission begins with a private conversation. This allows us to discuss intent, boundaries, comfort levels, and logistics openly and without pressure.

There is no requirement to perform, pose, or meet any external idea of how intimacy or self-expression should look. The role of the photographer is to observe carefully, work quietly, and document what has been mutually agreed upon.

Sessions may be structured or organic, guided or minimal. The approach is determined collaboratively and revisited as needed.

Privacy & Handling

Because of the personal nature of this work, privacy is treated as a foundational requirement rather than an add-on.

Images are handled using an air-gapped workflow. Files remain on dedicated, offline storage and are never uploaded, synced, or stored on internet-connected platforms.

Final images are delivered as curated physical prints, presented in a handcrafted format designed to remain private and contained.

Digital files are not included by default and may be discussed separately if requested.

Investment

This work is offered on a commission basis rather than fixed packages.

Investment reflects the time, scope, and care involved, as well as the physical presentation of the final images. Most commissions fall within $1500 to $5000, which is discussed transparently during consultation.

Additional physical formats, such as bound books, may be discussed after delivery.
